The Camp Dodge Trail Crew season is more than half over for our teen crews, and just starting to get exciting for our Adult Crews (also affectionately known as "The Big Kids"). So far this season Adult crews have spent a total of two weeks working at the base of Mt Washington and a few days in the alpine zone, a week on the shoulder of Mt. Madison and an exhilarating week in Baxter State Park, Maine on Mt. Katahdin.
The remainder of the season brings our Family Crew, White Mountain Women's Crew, time on Mt. Washington once again, as well as nearly a month in Acadia National Park and a favorite of many veteran volunteers, a week at AMC's Cold River Camp. So far we've seen a wonderfully diverse population of volunteers, from age 19 to age 75, those who have been volunteering with Trails for many years, and those who are brand new to trail work or even to hiking. So, now no excuses, right? Join us!
Peace, love and dirt
